RECORDING

SERVICE

 

Digital audio recording production editing and duplication is charged at the studio open rate plus materials net cost including any pre-paid state sales tax.  This includes recorded and sheet music, CDs, cases, etc.  

 

SPECIAL

MUSIC

 

Pre-recorded and sheet music other than that which is provided by the studio as a teaching tool is considered “special music”.

 

Singer requested special sheet music and music tracks research, purchase and editing is charged at cost plus studio services time for research and editing if required.  

 

Note:  Singers may provide their own music tracks, sheet music blank music Cds and CD cases.  If the studio purchases tracks, sheet music and recording media reimbursement of actual costs is required.  The studio does not sell or resell merchandise.

 

Payment for time and material is required when delivered.

Cancellation

& Missed Sessions

 

Missed sessions will not be rebated, however, with proper notice they will be made up at the mutual convenience of coach and student.  Every consideration is given to cancellation due to illness and outstanding circumstances.  When known, students should notify Carole of  need to cancel a session by telephone.  Email is not a reliable communication.

Continuity Program - Payment per session is discounted for advance payment.  The $5.00 per session discount is earned by booking a minimum of four consecutive sessions for a specific day and time until a  notice of cancellation is delivered.

 

Invoices are presented for agreed upon intervals, usually a calendar month.  The discount is based upon prepayment for the invoiced period before the first invoiced session.

The studio accept checks and cash, but we do not accept credit cards.

Sessions Scheduled

Studio lesson/coaching sessions are available in full 30, 45, and 60 minutes sessions weekly.

 

MORNING SESSIONS:

Tuesday through Saturday

9:00 AM through 1:00 PM

 

AFTERNOON SESSIONS:

Monday through Friday

2:00 PM through 7:00 PM

 

Carole prepares for each singer’s session with a personalized lesson plan that begins after the singer’s evaluation and continues based upon progress and need.  All sessions are one on one with Carole.  She is the only instructor

 

Practice music and teaching aids are included.  Practice music is blended with singers taste and its’ teaching value ... Generally it is Contemporary, Light Jazz, Light Country and Broadway Musical.  Other genre may be considered.
